#1 Establish an inspection standard and inspect each vehicle monthly.

#2 Treat each vehicle as if it was your own. 

#3 Perform routine and scheduled maintenance at the appropriate milestones. 

#4 Permanently fix your company’s safety procedure in a visible place inside the vehicle. 

#5 Keep an extra set of keys at your company’s location. 

#6 Perform all vehicle wraps at the same place for the best deal.

#7 Be ready for seasonal changes such as equipping snow tires, replacing windshield wipers etc.

#8 Repair chips in the windshield as soon as possible so they don’t spread.

#9 Make sure first aid kit is well stocked and the fire extinguisher is up to date and within arms reach. 

#10 Keep a spreadsheet of all vehicle registration details to ensure tabs are up to date.
