MSNW has created a Care Fund to assist its own employees who are going through
hardship. Employees can choose to donate a certain amount of their own paycheck to our
Care Fund- from $1 to $100, every penny counts. Every dollar is then matched by
MSNW. We created a committee to review requests that come in; whether it's covering a
medical bill, paying for gas, or putting up first and last month's rent for an employee who
is trying to escape a domestic violence situation, we're there for our team members.

practices. Through extensive training and practices we aim to create awareness so that,
together, we can prevent injuries and time loss, keeping both our employees and
